The Man Who Loved Trees
The man loved trees. He thought about them constantly, and one day he discovered two of them growing out of his head. Soon after, a family of birds arrived with their interpreter, Mr Maximillan P. Symonds. Mr Maximillan P. Symonds’ grandmother had been a crow. He asked the man if they might set up residence. The man was lonely and felt an affinity with Mr Symonds, and so he agreed.
